Carrot Cake

Preheat oven to 375 Combine: 2 c cake flour |

Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, seasonings and oil. Then beat in eggs, one at a time. Add shredded carrots and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased 9-inch cake pans. Bake 30 mins. |

Icing: Cream together 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 c (1 cube) softened butter. Add 1 box powdered sugar (or as little as 1
cup if desired) |
