Robin's Unleavened Bread

For those of us who have gatherings at home - the Lord's Supper is a very special sharing with our brothers and sisters. Unlike the packaged cracker I grew up with - this is more 'homey' and meaningful, to me. Robin usually makes it for us.

2 c flour
1 T. cooking oil
1/2 t salt
Enough warm water to make a smooth dough

After mixing thoroughly, leave to rest for at least half an hour. Take a small piece and roll it out to look like a tortilla. Then place in a hot pan or griddle for two to three minutes. Flip it over.
